These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Scouts App platform. Final language is pending legal review before this platform's public launch.

Acceptance Of These Terms

By creating an account, registering a troop, or otherwise using the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms and by our Privacy Policy.

Accounts And Eligibility

Troop owners, leaders, parents, and scouts each hold role-based accounts. A parent or guardian must create and manage the account for any scout under 18.

Payments

Dues, event fees, and other charges processed through the platform are handled by our payment processor. Refund and dispute handling follow the process described in your troop's payment settings.

Acceptable Use

The platform may be used only for legitimate scouting-troop administration. Uploading unlawful content, attempting to access another troop's data, or interfering with the platform's operation is prohibited.

Termination

A troop owner may cancel their subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms.

Limitation Of Liability

The platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the platform operator's liability for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited.

Changes To These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes require re-acceptance before continued use.
