Getting Started

Welcome to your troop management system. This guide will help you get up and running quickly.

Overview

This system helps you manage all aspects of your scout troop, from tracking advancement to organizing events. As an adult leader, you have access to administrative tools that simplify troop management.

Logging In

Access your troop's site at troop[number][state-abbrev].scouts.app (e.g., troop362mo.scouts.app). Use the credentials provided by your troop administrator.

Forgot Your Password? Click "Forgot Password" on the login page to reset it.

Dashboard Overview

After logging in, you'll see your dashboard with quick access to:

Announcements - View and create troop announcements
Events - Upcoming activities and campouts
Messages - Direct communication with scouts and families
Forums - Discussion boards for your troop
Galleries - Photo collections from events
And more!

Admin Dashboard

Leaders with administrative permissions can access the Admin Dashboard from the user menu (top right, click the user icon). This provides access to:

Member management
Advancement tracking
Event management
Payment Transactions
Troop settings
Reports
And more!
